We are seeking a proactive and versatile Technology Team Member to join our organization on a full-time, on-site basis. This individual will play a key role in building, operating, and maintaining our digital infrastructure—including our e-commerce platforms, marketing systems, operational tools, and fulfillment technologies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of technical systems that support day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Platform Management
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our BigCommerce and WordPress websites.
- Implement updates, new features, plug-ins, security patches, and performance improvements.
- Troubleshoot site issues, ensure reliability, and manage integrations with third-party tools.
Marketing Technology & CRM
- Manage digital marketing systems including email platforms, analytics tools, automation, and tracking.
- Support lead capture forms, API connections, and customer workflows.
- Ensure marketing data flows cleanly between platforms.
Inventory, Accounting & Operational Systems
- Administer software platforms used for inventory management, accounting, order processing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Support integrations between e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and warehouse tools.
- Work closely with operations to maintain system accuracy and reliability.
Fulfillment, Pick & Pack Technology
- Oversee software and hardware used in the fulfillment center, including scanners, printers, packing stations, label software, and connected devices.
- Ensure all systems run smoothly to support order processing and shipping.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/network issues affecting fulfillment operations.
General IT Support
- Provide in-house IT assistance for team members—networking, hardware troubleshooting, user accounts, etc.
- Set up and maintain workstations, routers, access points, and related equipment.
- Manage software licenses and security best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar technology, e-commerce, or IT operations role
- Hands-on experience with BigCommerce, WordPress, and common plug-ins/themes
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and platform connectors
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta/Google integrations)
- Working knowledge of inventory or ERP systems (Brightpearl, NetSuite, Cin7, or similar)
- Solid troubleshooting skills across web, software, hardware, and networking
- Ability to work on-site and support a fast-paced operations environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
Preferred
- Basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid templates
- Familiarity with warehouse tech (barcode scanners, thermal printers, shipping software)
- Experience with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
