Overview
Bridge Community Church is seeking a passionate and skilled Worship Leader to join our team full-time and lead our congregation in Christ-centered worship. This role combines musical excellence, spiritual leadership, and creative oversight to inspire our community and support the church’s mission
Key Responsibilities
Worship Leadership
- Lead worship for Sunday services and special events (Easter, Christmas, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate worship sets in alignment with pastoral vision.
- Mentor and develop worship leaders, vocalists, and musicians.
- Facilitate rehearsals, music preparation, and creative set design.
Technology & Production
- Oversee audio, livestream, lighting, and presentation teams.
- Maintain and troubleshoot A/V and technical equipment.
- Collaborate on stage design, media elements, and visual themes.
- Train and equip production volunteers.
Creative & Pastoral Leadership
- Cast vision for the worship and creative ministries, fostering spiritual growth and excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and disciple team members, encouraging both musical and spiritual development.
- Partner with the Senior Pastor to plan and enhance weekly services.
- Manage the creative arts budget responsibly.
- Willingness to serve in additional ministry or administrative areas beyond worship leading (such as communications, social media, prayer ministry leadership, or oversight of young adult ministry) to help support the growth and health of the church.
Qualifications
- A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Bridge Community Church’s mission.
- 3 years of experience leading worship in a church setting (preferred).
- Proficiency in vocals and at least one instrument (guitar or keys).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with worship tools such as Planning Center, ProPresenter, LightKey, and multitracks.
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and coordinate volunteers effectively.
