As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst on our Finance team, you will play a key role in underwriting and executing debt transactions across the Bridge Logistics platform. You will support the full lifecycle of debt placements – including acquisition financing, construction financing, refinancing's, and recapitalizations – working closely with senior team members, lenders, and internal stakeholders to optimize capital structure and ensure efficient deal execution. This role will report to the Vice President, Finance.
You’ll be part of a high-performing finance team that plays a critical role in shaping and executing the capital strategy across a growing real estate platform. From underwriting and closing complex debt transactions to optimizing capital structures for acquisitions, refinancing's, and recapitalizations, this role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of debt capital markets activity. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, lenders, and internal partners, gaining meaningful responsibility and visibility while helping drive efficient, well-executed outcomes across flagship funds and assets.

As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst on our Finance team, you will play a key role in underwriting and executing debt transactions across the Bridge Logistics platform. You will support the full lifecycle of debt placements – including acquisition financing, construction financing, refinancing's, and recapitalizations – working closely with senior team members, lenders, and internal stakeholders to optimize capital structure and ensure efficient deal execution. This role will report to the Vice President, Finance.
- Support the underwriting and execution of property-level and fund-level debt transactions, including acquisition financing, construction financing, refinancing's, subscription facilities, and other structured financing solutions across our flagship funds
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze cash flow, debt sizing, returns, and sensitivity scenarios
- Prepare and coordinate lender deliverables, including debt offering memoranda and approval materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with asset business plans and underwriting assumptions
- Review loan documents to identify key covenants, reporting requirements, and borrower obligations, and maintain detailed trackers to ensure timely compliance with all lender deliverables
- Actively monitor loan performance post-closing, including covenant compliance, cash flow performance, reporting requirements, and key loan milestones such as extensions, modifications, and release pricing events
- Prepare and maintain quarterly portfolio-level debt reporting, including analysis of leverage and maturities across assets and funds
- 2 years of experience in real estate, finance, lending, or debt capital markets
- 4-year bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with commercial real estate loan structures is a plus
- Experience with Argus Enterprise is a plus
- Yardi and Yardi Debt Manager module experience is a plus
