COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Bridg Connects is a same-day delivery carrier serving hardware stores, supply houses, and the trades across Los Angeles County and up to 150 miles out. We move the loads our clients' own trucks can't get to — the afternoon run to a jobsite, the branch transfer, the order a contractor is waiting on right now.
We operate under active USDOT #9709109 and MC-88040280. Drivers work as independent contractors with their own vehicles, take the runs they want, and get paid per completed delivery.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Contract, on-site Delivery Driver. You'll pick up material from supply houses and hardware stores and deliver it to jobsites or business locations across the LA area — same day.
What the work looks like:
· Accept runs through our app, on your own schedule
· Pick up at the branch, confirm the load, secure it properly
· Deliver and capture proof — photo, signature, timestamp — in the app
· Load and unload as needed; some loads are heavy (pipe, fixtures, boxed material)
· Keep dispatch updated if anything changes on the road
This is contractor work. There's no set shift and no minimum. You take what fits your week.
WHAT YOU NEED
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
· Your own vehicle — large SUV, pickup truck, cargo van, or box truck.
· Your own PPE — hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and work gloves. Required on every jobsite delivery, no exceptions.
· Current vehicle registration and insurance.
· Smartphone with data.
· Ability to lift and secure material safely.
· Comfortable navigating LA and surrounding counties.
· Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
Helpful but not required: experience delivering for a supply house, contractor background, or knowledge of construction material.
PAY:
