Couture Bridal Consultant

Bridals by Lori, which is home to TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, is one of the leading couture bridal salons in the south. We have established an excellent rapport in the bridal industry by providing unmatched service and inventory from the top designers in the country. We are looking for an energetic individual with exceptional customer service to join our Bridal Couture department! This opportunity does not come along frequently. Applicants must be self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking with a love of fashion. Consultants are paid an hourly base with a fantastic commission scale. This is a full time/ sales position. Duties:
> Assist brides in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories
> Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable experience for brides and their entourage
> Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping process, including selecting dresses, trying on different styles, and making recommendations based on their preferences
> Help brides with fittings and alterations, ensuring a perfect fit for their wedding day
> Maintain a clean and organized bridal salon, including keeping dresses and accessories in proper order

Qualifications:
> Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a bridal or fashion-related industry
>Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends and our designers
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
> Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
> Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions
> Time management skills to ensure appointments are kept on schedule
> Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
> Display a professional image reflective of Bridals by Lori aesthetics

Experience:

Retail Sales: 1 year
