Job Summary
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team, manage site operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life. Your expertise in construction management software and hands-on experience on construction sites will be vital in maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Manage and supervise onsite personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
- Review contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate project scheduling using Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to optimize workflow
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets while monitoring expenses throughout the project
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project scheduling
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes
Preferred qualifications
- Strong background in supervising teams on construction sites with an emphasis on quality control
- Knowledge of ADA requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $66,992.45 - $80,679.07 per year
