About the Role:

In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, as well as managing inventory and supplies. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Experience in fine dining establishments.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Open and close dining room according to predetermined process.
- Use of Toast POS System
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
