Looking to add line cooks and prep cooks to our Portland team. Pizza experience is a plus! Competetive hourly plus tips.
Job description includes (but not limited to):
- Start to finish completion of all food orders, including accomadating special requests within reason.
- Station cross training required; everyone learns how to do everyting in the kitchen
- Food prep
- Open and close kitchen according to predetrermined process
- Use of Toast KDS system
- Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant food service policies.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning and mantinence tasks in kitchen and throughout resturant
- Educate FOH staff on all things food (ie. food ingredients/how food is prepped, possible allergens, etc.)
- Dedication to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and fun enviorment for guests and staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
