Healthcare Management Role
As the Executive Director, you will oversee the overall management of Brickyard Healthcare, ensuring high-quality healthcare services, efficient operations, and successful program development.
This position requires a strong leader who can foster an effective team environment, lead facility staff, and maintain community relations and board interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations.
- Monitor department activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist as needed.
- Exhibit positive customer service through ongoing support and implementation of company initiatives and business objectives.
- Ensure consultants and other support resources are utilized effectively and interdepartmental teamwork is maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently licensed as Health Facility Administrator in state of practice
- Completion of the company EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
