As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first and last impression for our guests, setting the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Answer phones and direct to-go orders.
- Manage the waitlist and table rotation effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, restrooms, menus, and the Host/Hostess station.
- Assist with stocking and ensuring the lobby area is guest-ready at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stay active in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours.
- Physical capability for tasks such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and frequent use of hands and wrists.
