Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by managing inventory and restocking as needed.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments.
- Participate in on-site community events.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with LEGO® products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions.
