Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate

What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for daily carrier pickups.
- Use warehouse technology and shipping software to process orders.
- Organize inventory and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work alongside teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals and support our live sales operation.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues to management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and technology.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- We operate 7 days a week.
- Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required.
- Schedules may vary based on business needs and live event volume.
