Bricks Executive Search is partnering with a global leader within the intralogistics and warehouse automation sector to appoint a Sales Director, East Coast in the USA. This strategic hire forms part of a wider growth initiative to strengthen the company’s commercial presence across North America and support the next phase of regional expansion.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across the US market, developing relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and distribution environments. This is a highly strategic role, suited to someone who can operate autonomously, build trusted customer relationships, and represent a global automation brand in a competitive and fast-moving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the US market through strategic account development and new business generation.
- Identify, develop, and convert opportunities across key industry verticals including logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, 3PL, and distribution.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and end-user customers.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped opportunities across the region.
- Work closely with internal technical, solutions, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and commercially aligned.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence to support wider business planning.
- Act as a key commercial representative for the US market, helping to shape long-term growth strategy and customer positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, or automated systems.
- Proven experience in B2B solution sales, ideally selling complex automation, equipment, or technology-led solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships across the US market.
- Comfortable operating in an autonomous, hands-on sales role with responsibility for regional growth.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Experienced managing long sales cycles and engaging with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Based in the East Coast of USA, with flexibility to travel nationally as required.
