We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineer (QE) to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead QE activities for Corporate & Finance applications
- Drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-offs
- Develop and execute automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and APIs
- Perform integration, reconciliation, and enterprise data flow testing
- Enable continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Track quality metrics, defects, risks, and production readiness
- Conduct RCA and implement quality improvements
- Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams
Required Experience
- 8–12 years in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing
- Strong experience leading Agile QE teams
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud testing platforms
- Experience in Telecom, Corporate Finance, and Compensation workflows
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
