Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to support our team during a leave coverage period. This role is critical to ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment in support of business goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical and analytical techniques
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and business inputs to anticipate consumer demand
• Create detailed product demand plans by category to drive forecast accuracy and profitability
• Integrate data from multiple sources including sales, replenishment, promotions, and marketing plans
• Support seasonal planning, stock management, and sales forecasting for upcoming product cycles
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including men’s and women’s business units
• Identify demand patterns and apply appropriate forecasting methodologies
• Leverage data-driven tools to validate and refine forecasts
• Ensure timely communication, reporting, and documentation of planning activities
• Provide guidance and support within the demand planning function as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong hands-on experience with forecasting and planning processes
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable plans
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar planning systems
• Prior experience with global consumer brands
• Background in apparel, footwear, or sporting goods industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not required). Equivalent experience accepted:

• Master’s degree 4 years of experience
• PhD or Law degree 3 years of experience
• Associate’s degree 6 years of experience
• High School diploma 7 years of experience
