We are seeking a Brand Operations Manager to support Global Women’s Marketing Planning. This role sits at the center of brand strategy, planning, and operations—enabling teams to execute with clarity, speed, and efficiency.
This is a highly influential individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and can translate strategy into actionable plans and scalable processes. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across the brand portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence
• Design and continuously improve operating processes to enhance efficiency and accountability
• Implement and optimize planning tools, templates, and systems with shared services teams
• Establish and manage operating rhythms (milestones, meetings, communication cadence)
Strategic Enablement
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on planning and operations strategy
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across projects and proactively resolve them
• Simplify complex workflows and improve ways of working across teams
• Translate high-level strategy into clear, integrated plans and execution frameworks
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
You will work closely with:
• Brand Planning & Operations Teams
• Sport/Category Teams
• Shared Services Teams
• Marketing & Strategy Teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows
• Proven experience managing operating models, tools, and processes
• Proficiency in planning and collaboration tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and plans
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
TOP SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows
• Experience managing operating models and planning tools
• Proficiency with collaboration and planning platforms (Airtable, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.)
