Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leasing Front Office Assistant to join our property management team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, current residents, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Duties
- Greet and assist prospective residents, current tenants, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate information regarding available properties, lease terms, amenities, and community policies.
- Learn and utilize property management software such as Buildium, OneSite, or similar platforms.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate communication between residents, landlords, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and administrative office functions.
- Assist with conflict resolution by responding to resident concerns professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments, maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and manage correspondence using Google Workspace and Property Management Software.
- Coordinate with the property management team regarding maintenance schedules, inspections, and daily office operations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
