What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Brickners of Wausau?
Brickner's of Wausau is looking to add a Service Advisor to our team.
Duties to Include:
- Setting Service Appointments
- "Writing Up" Service Customers making note of any concerns and creating a shop ticket that will allow mechanics to diagnose and repair vehicles
- Accurately estimating charges and be able to explain how the charges were incurred
- Fueling up courtesy vehicles and removing snow from customer vehicles after work is completed
- Order parts needed to complete repairs
Skills Required:
- Technology Proficiency. Most customer interactions involve the use of both the computer and a tablet. Must be able to type accurately and quickly
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Position is face paced and will require standing at a counter for many hours a day.
- Ability to multitask is very important.
- A basic knowledge of automotive repair
- Ability to handle customer concerns with courteousness and compassion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
