What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brick Street Team Member position at Brick Street Coffee?
We’re looking for reliable, flexible team members to join Brick Street Coffee. As a Brick Street Team Member, you’ll rotate through multiple areas of the shop, including:
- Sanitation – Cleaning, washing, and organizing dishes and equipment.
- Line Cook – Preparing sandwiches and food items, plating, running orders and keeping prep areas clean.
- Barista – Making espresso drinks and other beverages, serving pastries, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, friendly team.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Willingness to learn multiple positions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous food or coffee experience is a plus, but not required
