Position: Restoration Specialist (Outside Sales)
Are you highly motivated, fast-acting, and responsive? We are looking for a dynamic Restoration Specialist to join our team and perform outside sales for our masonry repair and restoration services. Each day, you will have the opportunity to help customers improve their properties by proposing the right solution to their masonry challenges. You will also support our mason crews with clear instructions and direction, ensuring they complete jobs quickly, with zero mistakes, and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Your daily target is to maximize sales and deliver a 5-star experience across your designated territory.
Sales Responsibilities of a Restoration Specialist
- Meet with customers daily at their properties to conduct B2C sales and offer solutions for their masonry repair needs.
- Manage 3-6 appointments per day, 4-5 days a week, within your territory.
- Create proposals with a clear scope and accurate labor, materials, and job time.
- Conduct consistent and effective follow-up on estimates
- Represent Brick Restoration at 2-3 industry trade shows per year.
Project Management Responsibilities of a Restoration Specialist
- Maintain excellent customer communication by phone & email on awarded projects
- Locate and procure materials, dispatch crews, and conduct customer follow-ups.
- Coordinating with logistics & construction crews to prepare excellent execution.
Required Qualifications for a Restoration Specialist
A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in the residential construction industry as well as a proven sales record, and a passion to grow the business by building trust with new clients and colleagues alike.
- Excellent spoken and written communication with customers, managers & co-workers.
- Dynamic Sales Skills with proven results in achieving benchmarks and quotas
- Consultative Business to Consumer Sales skills
- Efficient time-management
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information
- Clear and safe driving record
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs & Sheets, CRM, etc.
- F/T, M-F & 1 Sat/mo.
- Bi-lingual – English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle all customer interactions with tact and a positive, solution-focused effect.

Restoration Specialist Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation $80k-$100k: Base Salary Commission Annual Sales Bonus
- 401K with 4% company match **after 1 yr.
- Health Insurance Reimbursement
- 9 paid holidays/yr, 3 PTO days/yr after 90 days
- 1 wk paid vacation after 90 days
