We're looking for a high-energy, process-building, relationship-driven Wholesale Manager to help us expand our wholesale presence nationwide. Responsibilities
Wholesale Growth & Sales
- Grow our wholesale program by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retail partners.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to drive repeat orders and long-term relationships.
- Use Apollo to build targeted lead lists, run outbound outreach, and identify high-value prospects.
- Use HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline, track communication, create deals, and maintain clean CRM data.
- Prepare pricing sheets, catalogs, and product pitches for buyers and decision makers.
- Negotiate deals, terms, and reorders with professionalism and creativity.
Process Building & Management
- Build out a scalable wholesale process from scratch, including workflows, communication templates, and follow-up systems.
- Establish KPIs and use HubSpot reporting to measure success and refine outreach strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order flow from PO to delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized wholesale backend (CRM, product sheets, account files).
Creative & Product Development Support
- Join brainstorming sessions for new LEGO-style product designs.
- Give feedback on prototypes and help shape concepts with a “retail buyer” mindset.
- Offer insights on which themes, sets, and designs are likely to sell well in wholesale channels.
Skills
- Experience in wholesale, sales, or business development (toy/retail experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM — contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Apollo — building lead lists, enriching data, organizing outbound outreach.
- Someone who can build processes, not just follow them.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts.
- Excellent communicator who is friendly, confident, and great with people.
- A self-starter who loves growth, experimentation, and hitting goals.
