We are seeking a skilled and dedicated line cook to become part of our team at a high-volume American Italian restaurant. This full-time position requires availability five days per week, from Tuesday through Saturday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
The preferred candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and demonstrate proficiency with sauté, grill, and fry stations. Experience with pasta is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are essential.
Additional Qualifications
- A current ServSafe Food Handler is preferred, or the ability to obtain one upon being hired.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
