About the Role
Youll work with individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges, providing both individual and group therapy while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
What Youll Do
- Provide individual, group, and occasional family therapy
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain clinical documentation in EHR (assessments, notes, discharge summaries)
- Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups
- Support clients through crisis situations when needed
- Maintain a consistent caseload and therapy hours
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in a behavioral health field
- Idaho licensure (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, MSW)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Experience with individual and group therapy, documentation, and case management
- Familiarity with ASAM criteria and recovery models preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems

Additional Requirements
- Pre-employment drug screening
- CPR or First Aid certification within 30 days
- Alignment with recovery principles (lived recovery experience preferred, 18 months, unless otherwise approved)
