Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually to discuss their financial protection needs
- Educate families on available financial solutions
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in team training and development programs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Work independently while collaborating with team leaders
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish, English, or both
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
