What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Brick & Bourbon Eden Prairie?
Execute all facets of the culinary program with and in absence of the Exec Chef. The Sous needs to have their finger on the pulse of the restaurant and constantly be engaged with the BOH and FOH as a communications liaison. Must uphold high standards of execution and plate presentation for every guest.
