Are you enthusiastic about real estate and ready to make a meaningful difference in the field? We are looking for a driven and resourceful Real Estate Specialist to join our energetic team. In this position, you will oversee property listings, perform comprehensive market research, and guide clients through every stage of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your knowledge will be essential in helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. If you possess excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we want to connect with you. Responsibilities

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls.
This is a career, not a hobby. If you stop showing up to a standard 9-5 job, you get fired. The same applies here—if you stop showing up for your real estate business, don’t be surprised when you’ve essentially fired yourself and your dreams. We’ll help you stay on track with a weekly calendar so you always know what to do. As a remote team, you’ll need a quiet space for Zoom meetings, trainings, and coaching calls. Consistency is key—your success depends on it.

Graduate from our New Agent Launch.
We have a super-dialed 86-day launch plan to teach you everything you need to know to be successful in today’s market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time. If you want to succeed, it’s all about showing up and doing the work. If completing tasks and activities each week sounds like the best thing you could do for yourself you'll enjoy launch. If not, it may not be for you.

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
This is where the real learning happens—getting in-person training to understand how to write and negotiate offers like a pro.

Lead generate.
We need someone who isn’t afraid to get out there and create new opportunities. You’ll be given scripts and training, so you’ll know exactly what to do each day to keep the leads coming in.

  • Licensed Professional – You hold an active real estate license in Minnesota or Wisconsin and are ready to put it to work.
  • Hardworking Hustler – You’re prepared to outwork your friends posting brunch photos on Instagram. This is about effort, not appearances.
  • Early Riser with Resilience – You can handle early mornings, Zoom calls, and the occasional challenging moment with grace.
  • Reliable and Accountable – Commitment to 10 a.m. Power-Up meetings and coaching calls is non-negotiable. This is a career, not a casual hobby.
  • Driven to Succeed – You bring a relentless desire to achieve, or at the very least, the determination to fake it until you make it.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset – Ghosting isn’t in your vocabulary. You understand the importance of showing up for your team, even on tough days.
  • Resilient in the Face of Rejection – You handle “no’s” with the composure of a pro, knowing every step forward brings you closer to success.
