Maintenance Tech needed for a professional Property Management Company! Brick and Mortar Property Management is a leader in the property management business and is currently seeking to add a Part Time Maintenance Technician to our growing team! We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, professional Maintenance Tech with at least 5 years experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, trouble-shooting, and correcting residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge in a variety of maintenance areas; have good communication with office staff, management, tenants, and owners; be customer service oriented; have organizational skills to track time and report work daily; and the ability to work independently in a timely manner, while maintaining attention to detail and having a desire to work and grow with the company.Additional requirements include valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; valid social security number; ability to pass drug testing and background check and, the capability to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavy items, carry ladders, work from heights, and work in small spaces.
