Duties

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Support cooking processes by monitoring food items during preparation and ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures
• Help with food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent cross-contamination
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and deliver excellent customer service

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
