- Drive Client Growth
- Achieve an average of 3 new clients per month within two years, with measurable attribution to marketing-generated leads and campaigns.
- Build a Marketing Engine
- Design and implement a scalable marketing and sales funnel that consistently generates, nurtures, and converts qualified leads within target niches (university professors, business owners, federal employees, and special needs planning).
- Create Measurable Marketing Infrastructure
- Establish systems for lead tracking, CRM integration, analytics, and reporting that make marketing performance transparent and actionable.
- Ensure Strategic and Efficient Use of Resources
- Own the marketing function end-to-end, determining how best to allocate available internal and external resources (people, vendors, tools) to achieve client acquisition goals efficiently.
