We are seeking a dedicated part-time Maintenance Technician for our 55 community located at Briarwood Plymouth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an understanding of various maintenance tasks. Some experience or general knowledge with light electrical, basic plumbing, light painting, or troubleshooting appliance repairs would be helpful.
Main duties to include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting with apartment turns between residents moving in and out.
· Completing service requests for the apartments and property (constantly different).
·Maintaining overall property upkeep and organization of the shop.
Must be reliable and able to work independently.
This position is part-time approx. 20-25 hours per week, sharing on-call responsibilities with the property manager. Weekly hours on-site are 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, office closed on Wednesdays. Must be 18 years or older to apply. The property is closed all major holidays with holiday pay.
