Overview
As an Operations/Warehouse team member, you’ll keep goods moving safely and accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll support warehouse distribution, inventory control, and order fulfillment by handling materials, maintaining stock, and preparing shipments. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipping help customers and internal teams receive the right materials when they need them. Must clean divers license.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, stock, and track inventory; use inventory software to create purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments; support shipping and receiving, and load and unload materials.
- Operate forklifts, and other material handling equipment as authorized.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items.
Skills
- Essential: Warehouse experience; materials handling; basic math; stocking; picking and packing; order picking; inventory control; and safe load-and-unload practices.
- Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience, warehouse management, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and logistics.
- Preferred: Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack operation; technical proficiency with inventory software.
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and safety regulations is an asset.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
