The Residential Assistant (RA) Is Responsible For
Resident Assistants
to join our teams across Mahoning & Columbiana Counties!

- The Inn at Walker Mill
- The Inn at Old Saybrook
- Briarfield Manor

The Residential Assistant (RA) Is Responsible For
- Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
- Resident Assistants assist residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
- Resident Assistants assist assists with resident's laundry when needed.
- Resident Assistants complete light housekeeping duties.
- Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
- Perform other related activities as assigned or requested
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
