Location: Briarcliff Manor, New York
Shift: Full-Time (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend)
Pay Rate: $19.18/hour
Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure our residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your care and attention make a real difference in the daily lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
Prepare, handle, and serve food following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Deliver food carts, trays, and supplies to dining areas and resident rooms.
Serve meals and snacks with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with routine cleaning duties according to facility standards.
Promptly report any concerns or equipment issues to the Food Services Supervisor.
Provide kind and respectful service to residents, families, and staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Services Director.
Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (training available).
Reliable, responsible, and eager to contribute to a team environment.
Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to support the elderly and disabled.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
