Briar Cliff Health Center, a nursing home located in Tyler Texas, is looking for RN/LVN's 2-10 to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Work with Director of Nursing regarding care of residents
- Access the health condition of residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise floor staff.
Schedule:
- 2-10 M-F
Qualifications:
- RN/LVN license in Tx.
- 2 years of SNF experience
- PCC experience preferred
