Job Description : Maintenance Assistant
Reports to : Director of Environmental Services
Summary : Responsible for performing all maintenance activities for the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Follow daily work instructions in an efficient manner.
Maintains a clean & safe work area.
Takes pride in work completed.
Takes care of tools and equipment.
Assists with cleaning snow debris from sidewalks as needed.
Painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
Good mechanical skills required.
Be able to communicate well with residents, their families and co-workers.
Ability to Bend, Stoop, Stand & Squat for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, and regularly 75 pounds.
