Warehouse Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse Worker to join our plumbing and heating company. The ideal candidate will assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, material staging for jobs, and maintaining an efficient, clean warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring our field teams have the correct materials and equipment on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for project managers.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory count
• Organize shelves, bins, and stock areas to keep the warehouse clean and efficient.
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with returning unused materials and coordinating returns with vendors.
• Maintain proper labeling and documentation for all materials and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Assist with occasional delivery of materials to job sites (if needed).

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience preferred; experience with plumbing, HVAC, or construction materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
