ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a team of four in a high-performing office that ranks in the top five in our area for production. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the mortgage industry, which gave me a strong background in financial services and customer relationships.

I attended Indiana State University and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. Our office is located on Main Street, so were regularly involved in local events and enjoy being an active part of the community.

For our team, we offer a flexible approach to time off. As long as goals are being met and responsibilities are handled, I trust my team to manage their schedules reasonably. Our culture is built on strong teamwork, a service-first mindset, and keeping the environment positive and supportive. Im not a micromanager, I expect team members to approach the role like its their own business, knowing their results directly impact their success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Seyfert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Salary : $48,000
