Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate)
- Perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Provide excellent service and interact professionally with the public
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
- Occasional Saturday work may be required (rare)
Qualifications:
- Experience with lawn care equipment preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well in a team
- Must pass a physical exam upon job offer
- Background check required upon offer of employment
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License required
Work Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible hours and days for part-time roles
- Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
