About The Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join the Brian’s Flooring and Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering and receiving materials, maintaining accurate product and supplier files, monitoring all e-commerce data, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the smooth, efficient operations that help us deliver an outstanding experience to every client.

Ordering/Receiving
- Order all residential, special order, and stock products.
- Open Order Report daily: monitor, maintain, and communicate with Residential Project Managers and Designers concerning backorders and estimated time of arrival of all ordered materials, and accurately record this info onto the job's PO.
- Provide real-time support for residential team members when there is an immediate need, whether it be in a ticket, materials needed, or something needed in the moment, during an installation.
Products/Suppliers
- Resolve receiving issues with suppliers. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendor reps.
- Create and process all material claims when we have received damaged or defective materials.
- Create and process all material returns when necessary.
RFMS Oversight
- Monitor all e-commerce downloads data and our product database, and ensure accuracy in such areas as product code, item specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendor reps concerning accurate product information and availability.
Inventory
- Create and maintain cycle counts.
- In collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor, maintain proper stock levels and ensure that all stock levels are accurate.
- Monitor and report on receiving, cycle count, and inventory accuracy.
- Generate the Monthly Adjustment Ticket.
- In coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor, monitor all inventory movement in and out of the warehouse.
- Regularly meet with the Residential Manager to review stock turnover rates, processes, sales orders, crisis management, and betterment initiatives.
- With the Warehouse Supervisor, plan, coordinate, and oversee Bi-yearly physical inventory counts.
