As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Brian Robinson's Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments.
- Other service duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, problem solver and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must currently have Illinois Property and Casualty licenses. Property, Casualty and life preferred.
- Specific customer service experience within the insurance industry preferred.
Salary : $21,000
