About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a licensed Sales Producer role over time. You'll work closely with our team supporting personal and commercial lines clients, with hands on mentorship as you build toward a full sales career.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team with day to day account service and client communication
- Learn our book of business across personal lines (home, auto, umbrella) and commercial lines
- Build the foundation to grow into a licensed Sales Producer role
- Deliver the kind of attentive, high touch service our insureds expect
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a customer-facing mindset
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and reliable
- No insurance experience required; we're willing to train the right person
- Comfortable in an office and remote setting; prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
