We are currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent with flexibility for In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote work arrangements, for candidates local to the Matthews, NC area. Base pay ranges from $45K to $65K annually, with total compensation potential of $95K to $133K annually.
Our top-ranked agency (and top 10% nationally) helps drive success. The LSP will leverage leads including warm transfers, mailers, internet leads, referrals, self-developed leads, as well as opportunities to cross-sell into one of the largest Allstate agencies in the Charlotte area. We are poised for growth, and willing to pay for the right talent. Candidates must have an active Property & Casualty License.
We are looking for true customer-oriented sales agents providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement income.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Outbound and inbound sales communication
- Composing professional emails and text messages
- Cross-selling additional products to existing customers
- Meeting performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements for the Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:
- Property & Casualty License is required
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Goal-oriented mindset and drive for success
