Seeking a friendly, out-going, well-organized and compassionate person to assistant with concierge patient care for a busy plastic surgery practice and med spa. Prior experience in a plastic surgery practice is not required but helpful.
The right candidate must be responsible, personable, dependable, detail oriented and able to complete job duties with minimal supervision. Be able to hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and staff members. Must also express good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Well-organized with attention to detail and follow-up.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Empathetic to patient needs and concerns.
Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs regarding patient treatment.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Clean and stock exam rooms
Clean and stock exam rooms
Maintain inventory, and order supplies as needed
Clean and sterilize instruments
Assist in rooming patients
Assisting physician with examinations and procedures, including minor office procedures
Prepare documents for prescriptions, imaging, tests, and surgical orders
Educating patients on cosmetic and medical spa procedures
Scheduling appointments when needed
Maintain patient records
Pre and post-operative patient care
Follow up patient results and call backs
Provide patients with information regarding procedures of interest
Preparing pre-op paperwork and surgical charts
Preparing charts, Instrumentation and supplies for scheduled surgeries
Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Medical Assistant Diploma or enrolled in Medical Assisting School
High school diploma required
Must be comfortable working around blood, open incisions, suture removal, drain removals, and possibly assisting during minor surgery.
Salary : $17 - $20
