Financial Services Representative (Start Immediately) — Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm (Federal Way & Auburn, WA)
Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm is offering an opportunity for a Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. If you’re ready to start immediately, build client relationships, and grow long-term through training and mentorship, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with existing policyholders and conduct ongoing customer fact finding
- Use annual policy reviews to identify opportunities to increase life and health coverage
- Offer life insurance and health insurance protection based on each customer’s needs
- Review customers’ financial picture (goals, planning needs, and coverage gaps)
- Recommend and help clients with financial planning products, including:
- 529 education plans
- Rollovers
- Annuity products
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
- Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
- Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain organized follow-up and a strong client/pipeline process

- Organized with excellent follow-up
- Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
- Insurance/financial services experience is a huge plus
Licensing & Requirements
- WA licensing required prior to hire:
- Life & Health
- Securities licensing requirement:
- Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 within 1 year of employment (as required for this position)
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Aggressive commission structure unlimited commissions performance bonuses
- 401(k) with 5% employer match
