As a BDC Representative, you’ll play a critical role in creating an outstanding customer experience by serving as the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our dealership.
We are currently hiring for both Sales BDC Representatives and Service BDC Representatives. While both positions focus on customer communication and appointment setting, each supports a different department within the dealership.

Sales BDC Responsibilities
As a Sales BDC Representative, You Will
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
- Contact prospective customers regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and dealership promotions
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales consultants
- Follow up with unsold customers and previous inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM
- Build rapport and create a positive first impression of the dealership
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction
As a Service BDC Representative, You Will
- Schedule service, maintenance, and repair appointments
- Contact customers regarding recommended maintenance and service reminders
- Answer questions regarding service visits and dealership processes
- Follow up with customers after service appointments
- Manage inbound service calls and online appointment requests
- Maintain accurate customer communication records
- Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and through digital communication channels
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is preferred but not required
