The Position

We're seeking a strategic Business Development to drive growth in the enterprise segment. You'll be instrumental in bringing Bria's visual AI solutions to companies navigating the complex landscape of generative AI adoption. This role requires someone who can build meaningful partnerships, understand complex technical products, and close deals that transform how enterprises create visual content.


What You'll Do

Strategic Sales & Partnership Development

  • Drive new business development with enterprise clients ($100M revenue),
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships with technology platforms, agencies, and enterprise clients
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs shape our roadmap

Market Expansion & Thought Leadership

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and use cases for Bria's visual AI platform
  • Represent Bria at industry events, and with key stakeholders in the ecosystem
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and partnership frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive adoption

Customer & Partner Success

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating responsible AI adoption
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and champions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ROI realization


What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 8 years in business development, sales, or partnerships at high-growth technology companies (Adobe, Apple, Meta etc.)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing enterprise deals (ideally $500K )
  • Experience selling complex SaaS, AI/ML, or infrastructure solutions to technical and business buyers
  • Demonstrated success building partnerships from ground up, driving them to revenue

Skills & Attributes

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers and decision-making processes
  • Strong business acumen with ability to identify creative solutions and structure win-win partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive, you thrive in ambiguity and early-stage environments
  • Passion for ethical AI, responsible innovation, and transparent business practices


Preferred Background

  • Experience in AI/ML, computer vision, creative tools, or martech sectors
  • Track record at top-tier tech companies (e.g., Google, Amazon, Microsoft)

Salary : $500,000
