Box Truck Driver - Route Sales

Motivated, ambitious, and dependable individuals are needed for a Route Sales Representative position. Prior route sales experience is preferred, but training is available for candidates who show strong potential and a willingness to learn. A good driving record is required, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday. In this role, you will report to the Location Manager, manage delivery routes, and provide excellent customer service while visiting 35–50 business customers each week, ranging from small start‐ups to large corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate Driver’s Log in accordance with federal regulations
• Perform pre‐trip and post‐trip vehicle inspections per company and DOT requirements
• Promote and sell additional products and services to existing customers
• Deliver cleaned items to customer locations and pick up soiled items for return
• Communicate effectively with customers to maintain and grow service relationships
• Maintain accurate invoicing and inventory levels for each customer

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or entrepreneurial experience; route sales or delivery experience preferred
• Valid non‐commercial driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
