Soil Erosion Tech

Bri-Mar Solutions, LLC is looking to add a self-motivated and reliable individual to our Soil Erosion Team.  

We are located in Delaware, Ohio and serve Central Ohio communities.  Our company provides soil erosion control as well as various other services to Residential New Home Builders. 

This is a full time position with 40 hours a week, Some Saturdays.  The hours are typically from 7am to 4pm.  Pay based on experience as a W2 employee.  We will not consider anyone on a 1099 basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and secure materials on/off site
• Assist skilled tradesmen and equipment operators
• Prepare and clean job sites

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical endurance; able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
• Basic communication skills, punctuality, and reliability
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean record.
• High school diploma preferred

Typical Working Conditions

• Work performed indoors and outdoors, various weather
• Extended hours possible
• Physically demanding labor involving heavy lifting

Safety and Compliance

• Must adhere to all safety standards and protocols
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Post warning signs and maintain clean workspaces
• Follow supervisor instructions closely
