Join our nationwide team of sales professionals selling above-ground swimming pools to pre-qualified customers. Our marketing team generates quality leads through TV and internet advertising, delivering pre-scheduled appointments directly to you.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will present our products to customers who have already expressed interest and been pre-approved for financing. You'll conduct 90-minute product presentations and guide customers through the purchase process.
COMPENSATION
* $600-$800 commission per sale (average)
* $25 per completed presentation regardless of outcome
* End-of-season bonus program ($100-$150 additional per sale)
* Average weekly income: $2,500-$3,500 with standard closing rates
* Bi-monthly payment schedule
WHAT WE PROVIDE
* 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily (12-15 weekly)
* Pre-approved financing for all customers
* Comprehensive 2.5-day paid training
* Hotel accommodations during training (if over 50 miles from site)
* Proven sales system with 40-50% average close rate
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous commission-based sales experience preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Smartphone capability
* Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of your home
* Available to work 6 days per week (including weekends)
* Self-motivated with strong work ethic
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
All new representatives complete a mandatory 2.5-day training program held at regional locations throughout our service area. Training classes are scheduled regularly, allowing for immediate start dates.
