Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Program Leader with strong experience in project and program management, combined with deep expertise in finance processes and Oracle ERP platforms.

This role is in charge of managing the complete process of finance transformation programs, making sure that business goals, finance results, and ERP implementation all work together.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of program leadership, operational finance understanding, and ERP transformation experience, with the ability to drive execution in complex, cross-functional environments.


This role sits at the center of execution and outcomes, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable finance results.


  • High visibility with Finance and business leadership
  • Ownership of large-scale transformation delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Accountability for alignment across Finance, Operations, and IT

  • Close-cycle speed and reporting accuracy

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:

1. Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs across multiple workstreams
  • Establish and manage program governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives, not just technical milestones


2. Finance Transformation Execution:

  • Lead transformation across core finance processes:
  • Record to Report
  • Procure to Pay
  • Order to Cash
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies impacting financial performance
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes and best practices


3. ERP Delivery & Integration:

  • Lead implementation, stabilization, or transformation initiatives involving:
  • Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Ensure alignment between business process design and system capabilities
  • Coordinate closely with functional and technical delivery teams


4. Value Realization & Performance Tracking

  • Define and track KPIs tied to transformation success:
  • Close cycle reduction
  • Working capital improvement
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Ensure program outcomes are measurable and visible to leadership
  • Drive corrective actions where needed to stay on track


5. Stakeholder & Executive Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program updates and escalation management
  • Communicate effectively with Finance leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Build trust through transparency, execution discipline, and consistent delivery


6. First 90 Days: Expectations

  • Establish program governance and stakeholder alignment
  • Assess current-state transformation progress, risks, and gaps
  • Stabilize delivery across key workstreams
  • Deliver initial quick wins to demonstrate momentum
  • Define a clear, executable roadmap for program success


Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Experience:

  • 12 to 18 years of experience in program management, finance transformation, or ERP delivery
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
  • Strong experience in project and program management methodologies

Deep familiarity with:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Experience delivering programs in manufacturing or industrial environments


Preferred Background:

Experience in roles such as:

  • Program Manager or Transformation Lead
  • ERP Program Director
  • Finance Transformation Delivery Lead
  • Background in consulting or industry with strong execution ownership
  • Experience working directly with Finance leadership teams
